Cerrado a huge region in Brazil in the state of Minas Gerais, which is now the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil and home of one of the biggest natural habitats in the world after the Amazonia. The subtropical weather here alternates a dry winter with a humid summer, the ideal territory for coffee growing

Natural refers to the process where selected coffee cherries are pulped. This method consist in drying the entire mature coffee cherry after collection without removing the skin. Without doubting this difference in the pulping and drying process creates that unique complexity of flavors in the Brazilian Cerrado cup profile.
